Alton is a Headteacher of an Independent school for excluded and SEN children and specialises in School Leadership. He is a trained counsellor and has recently led a successful mentoring program for 120 plus teenage Black Boys in Brixton called Face2Face. Also, he has always been passionate about the upliftment of the African Diaspora. Alton is an ordained pastor at Ruach City Church in Brixton.
