Windrush Day with Alford Gardner
TUESDAY 22ND JUNE I 6PM- 7:30PM
At age 18, he served Britain in the Royal Air Force during WWII, demobbed to Jamaica in 1947, but returned on the Empire Windrush on 22 June 1948 at Tilbury Docks.
All are invited to this event in honour of Alford, age 95.
